Northshore High Panther Pride Band Program

The Panther Pride band is one of the largest and most successful programs at Northshore High. The Panther Pride Marching Band is a 7-time state marching finalist, the 2024 Louisiana Class 3C State Second Runners-Up, and consistently earns superior ratings at competitions across the state.

The Concert Ensembles, Wind Symphony and Concert Band, also consistently earn Superior Ratings while playing high level repertoire. The Wind Symphony performs advanced literature by some of the most renowned composers of the wind medium.

The Jazz Band has been recently revamped under the direction of Mr. Lambert and plays at Jazz Festivals around the region, as well as at community events around Slidell and St. Tammany.

The Colorguard program adds another layer to the Panther Pride's performances. The Guard is an integral part of the Fall Competitive Marching Show, and they also perform in Winterguard competitions across Louisiana and the Gulf South in the Louisiana-Mississippi Color Guard and Percussion Circuit (LMCGPC).
