Joshua Stearman is in his fourth year as director of the Northshore High School Band, and tenth year of teaching overall, following stints as the Assistant Director of Bands at Mandeville High School, and Director of Bands at Delcambre High School.

Mr. Stearman was awarded the Outstanding Young Music Educator Award in 2017 by the Louisiana Music Educators Association, and has served on the Board of Directors for LMEA since 2018. He is also the chairman of the District IX Band Directors Association. Mr. Stearman holds memberships in the National Association for Music Education, Louisiana Music Educators Association, and Phi Beta Mu: The International School Bandmasters fraternity.

Jess Lambert is in his third year as assistant band director at Northshore High, and fifth year overall following his time at Lutcher High School. Mr. Lambert is also the director of the Northshore High Jazz Band.

Mr. Lambert was awarded the Outstanding Young Music Educator Award in 2023 by the Louisiana Music Educators Association, and he currently serves as the First-Round All-State Audition chair, as well as the High School Honor Band chair for the District IX Band Directors Association.

Mr. Lambert  is a member of the National Association for Music Education, and the Louisiana Music Educators Association, and the District IX Band Directors Association.
